How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription or free trial:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find and tap CleanStep
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged.
How to Restore Purchases
If you reinstalled the app or switched to a new device:
- Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID
- Open CleanStep
- Go to the app settings
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
Subscription Information
Auto-renewal subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
