Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CleanStep - Smart Cleaner mobile application ("App") operated by API MEDARICA j.d.o.o. ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

CleanStep is a mobile application that provides phone cleaning and optimization features, including smart cleaning, photo and video management, contact organization, secure file storage, battery management, and step tracking functionality.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

User Account

Some features of the App may require you to have an Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

CleanStep offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By subscribing:

  • You authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID account for the subscription fee at the applicable rate.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your iOS Settings under Subscriptions.
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
  • Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems or networks
  • Use the App to transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by API MEDARICA j.d.o.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

The App processes content from your device (such as photos, videos, and contacts) locally to provide its features. You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of any content you process through the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

The step tracker feature is intended for general wellness purposes only and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL API MEDARICA J.D.O.O., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
  • Any content obtained from the App
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless API MEDARICA j.d.o.o. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
