Why does CleanStep need Photos access?
CleanStep requires access to your photo library to scan for duplicate and blurry photos. This analysis happens locally on your device. Without this permission, the Photo Cleaner feature cannot function.
Why does CleanStep need Contacts access?
Contacts access is required to identify and merge duplicate contacts. All contact data is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server.
How do I cancel my trial or subscription?
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → CleanStep → Cancel Subscription. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid charges.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open CleanStep and go to settings within the app. Look for the "Restore Purchases" option. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
